Polyester stockinette Rolls are commonly used as a first layer and last layer of a standard lamination as it gives a smooth finish.
Polyester is approximately 20% heavier than Nylon and doesn’t absorb liquids as well but it is hard to tell the difference and the cost saving is approximately 35%. Can be used with acrylic and OrthoPoxy Resin.
