Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to return the goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the goods are in the original containers, un-opened, undamaged and in a clean saleable condition. You will need to call us to obtain a "returns"number before sending any items back to us. Failure to do this will be a break of our terms and conditions and a refund wil not be given.

Goods will need to be sent back at the customers expense and if this includes hazardous materials they must be sent as "Dangerous Goods" Proof of delivery will also be required before we can make a refund.
